1pt. Perspective Hallway

I think that I did well on this piece. This gave me a chance to see school as I want it fun and exciting not boring blank walls that drain all your creativity. I feel overall successful with this project it tested my skills with one point perspective and I always like a good challenge. The fading back to the vanishing point worked, but the corners of new rooms and the bricks did not work with this piece. If i were to re-do this project I would add more detail to the walls. The most difficult part was the bricks on the walls I couldn't seem to get it down. I learned that detail is important and makes the piece pop out even more than it does.

1pt. Perspective Name

My thoughts on this piece are that I think it looks good overall besides the missing N on the last name. I feel pretty successful for this piece I grasped the concept with the 1 point perspective well. The box letters worked well in this project but the color scheme was difficult. If I were to do this project again I would make the letters a little smaller in decrease spacing between them and change the color scheme. The letters were the most difficult I could not get them to look three dimensional, so that's when I decided to do box letters. I learned you can use this in many different concepts and that it is harder than it looks, this made my name look great.

Still Life

I think this is one of my best pieces because i spent a lot of time on it and it really stressed my skills as an artist. I feel overall successful with this piece because it really tested my patients and shading skills even though shading is not one of my strong points. The overlapping worked well here, but the overall shading could have been better. If I had another chance to do this project I would take more time on the shading and make some spots darker. The shading was the most difficult part because I am not good at the value and shading. I learned that time is key for this piece it takes time to do the shading well.

Super Hero Action Figures

I think this is an overall good piece of art, but there are some flaws that could be fixed and some more detail that could be added. I feel pretty successful with this piece I took a fair amount of time with this piece and colored it fairly well. The color differences worked well with this project, but the arm and leg sizes did not work, plus the facial section could have been better. If I were to do this project over again I would change the are and leg size differences, also I would change the facial features and make them more dramatic. The most difficult part of this piece was the face and facial features. I learned that I need to work on my face drawing skills and size differences.

Pop can line drawing

My thought on this piece is that it is very well layed out but the size of the two different cans could be better. I had fun with this project it was very good at testing my skills as an artist. I feel that I could have done better with this project with adding more detail and taking more time with this project. Tho I do feel that this is some of my best work i have done, I feel that my drawing has improved thanks to this project my elipse is better than it was and the lines showing how crushed the can was are pretty good. The structure of this project worked well, but the detail needs more work. My changes to this project would be more detail and a better looking top with the lid. The most difficult part was the elipse it looks good now but it took me a couple tries to get it right. I learned that making a pop can crushed or not is not easy and takes time to make it look well put together and realistic, also this project help me learn about how important structure and deatail are and that time is key to a good picece of artwork.
